We will like to start with a popular saying he who educates a woman educates a nation. Over the years due to the cultural belief of Africans it was often said that women are better in the kitchen but study and statistics has proven that idealogy wrong because it has been discovered that what a man can do even a woman of substance has always excelled.

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
GOVERNMENT FACTOR:
It is the responsibility of the government to put some certain structures in place that should be women friendly, such factors such like good health delivery to nursing mothers and pregnant women and if possible free health care to reduce high rate of maternal mortality among the women most especially from African. The government will be of help if they can implement some of the benji convention treaty that stipulates the right of women in the society, they could also restructured the financial institution by having a bank that will designated for women empowerment as the women will group themselves as co-operative entity the bank will be there to work in hand with the corporate societies for an onward delivering to their women members with little or no interest rate but strictly based on return as at when due for a rotational system among the members, with that a lot of women that are into trading, farming, little skillful works can advance from a small to medium scale industrialist.
